Homemade 4-ingredient Cheese Crackers
These homemade cheese crackers are crispy, buttery, and packed with real cheddar flavor. Made with just four simple ingredients, they’re a fun snack for toddlers and adults alike.

Ingredients:
Makes about 100 (1-inch) crackers
* 1 cup mild cheddar cheese, grated
* 1/2 cup organic unbleached all-purpose flour
* 3 tbsp cold unsalted butter, cubed
* 2 tbsp plain wholemilk yogurt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Add cheddar, flour, and butter to a food processor.
3. Pulse until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
4. Add yogurt and pulse just until a dough forms.
5. Give the dough a few kneads.
6. Roll out 2–3 mm thick. Cut into small squares or any shapes you prefer with a knife or pastry wheel cutter.
7. Prick each square with a chopstick. (optional)
8. Transfer the cut dough onto prepared baking sheet.
9. Bake at 325F for 12-15 minutes, or until slightly golden.
10. Let cool completely, they will be more crisps as they cool.
